How can we better honour and walk alongside the elders in our community as they write the next chapters of their lives?
A simple question posed in 2023, now brought to life in 2026, sparked the start of our journey with Care Collective: a promise to bring together passionate and experienced people with one shared goal, to reimagine what retirement living can be.
Growing out of a partnership between Care Concierge, a senior living specialist with ten years of experience, and Elica Equity, a local Sarawakian developer known for building with care and community in mind, our intention is to bring independent living and assisted care into one connected space where care, community, and convenience interconnect to become a natural part of everyday life.
With over 100 thoughtfully designed suites, alongside the spaces, amenities, and services that support seniors ageing in place with confidence and autonomy, we want every corner to feel safe and easy to move through, ready for new connections to be made.
